Trainer Shannon Tietz will take you through this total body strength workout using one kettlebell (or a dumbbell if you don’t have one.) This will be a solid strength workout – all your muscles firing in new ways. Shannon will sneak in some core work too. You may want a heavier and lighter kettlebell as different exercises may require different weights.
