Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! Coach Sam Cameranesi will take you through the fourth version of this sweaty, fun, and challenging workout. There will be three blocks of cardio kickboxing and three blocks of strength training to give you the perfect blend of increased heart rate, calorie burn, and muscle fatigue. Kickboxing and strength together is our favorite combo for metabolic conditioning! You can keep it low impact if you’d like, but it will still be high intensity!
