Feel the burn with a series of exercises targeting these muscle groups. Shannon will lift heavy (12-15lbs). Coach Val will modify with lighter weights. All levels of fitness welcome. Shannon will give you great cues on form. It’s a quick, focused and effective 30 minutes. (Some core will always sneak in of course!)
