Give Trainer Tara Putz 10 minutes of your time, and you will feel your booty burn! This quick 10 Minute Bodyweight Booty workout is no joke. Tara is going to coach you through a series of squats, lunges, deadlifts and plyometric moves that will fire your heart up and work the muscles in the entire lower body.

After a quick warm up, Tara gets into the exercises. 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for each move. The rest is just enough time to catch your breath and get ready for the next exercise. You can slow it down and/or follow Coach Val for modifications so all fitness levels are welcome.

No dumbbells required so you can do this workout with your own bodyweight anytime, anywhere. This workout will engage all of the muscles in the lower body and is a great way to build glute strength, leg strength, and improve balance. As Tara says, “This is going to be fast, furious and fire!”

Use this as a standalone workout or tack onto your daily cardio or an upper body workout!
