Join us for this Get Healthy U TV workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership! We’re back with another version of this format we call Pressure. This workout will give you a full-body strength workout with each exercise performed twice. Trainer Shannon Tietz will start off with calf exercises as you work your way up your whole body—no muscle group will be left untouched! Enjoy different exercises than the first version and challenge your muscles with “time under tension” (hence the name of workout, Pressure)! Don’t be intimidated—trainer Tara Putz will demonstrate modifications to help all levels be successful.
