This quick 20-minute Standing Abs workout is a fun one. No sitting or lying down in this effective Standing Abs workout. We will target that core and set those obliques on fire with a series of standing ab exercises. Focus on using your breath and exhale as you draw your belly button in each time you lift your knee/leg or you twist. Just one dumbbell needed. Chris Freytag will take you through each movement 2 sets and then move onto the next exercise. You will keep moving the whole 20 minutes.
