Join us for the next Get Healthy U TV GOLD workout, exclusive to those with GOLD membership. Get ready for another Ladder workout filled with a mix of cardio and strength. Trainer Shannon Tietz is always ready to bring the heat. You will start with 10 reps of each compound exercise, then 9 reps, 8 reps, down to 1 rep each. Simple cardio inbetween each set. You’ll be sweaty and feeling strong (and fatigued) at the end. All levels welcome, low impact modifications will be demonstrated.
