WHAT IT IS

This 10-minute beginner lower body workout routine contains exercises that are safe and fun with easy-to-follow instructions. If you’re just starting an exercise regimen and want to strengthen and tone your lower body, this 10-minute workout is the one for you.

This lower body workout routine incorporates a stability ball and resistance band to execute effective, targeted moves that will strengthen your lower body, including toning your legs and tightening up your glutes.

THE MOVES

Using a resistance band and a stability ball, Chris will guide you through simple moves like lunges, squats, and hamstring curls that will firm and lift your buns, tighten up the backs of your legs, and strengthen your entire lower body. The stability ball helps incorporate core muscles to improve balance, and the resistance band helps to increase resistance throughout the entire range of motion of each move. The lower body workout routine ends with thigh-toning exercises that will help improve and increase your strength.
