  • Ask just about anyone who wants to change their body and the two areas they’ll most-likely want to change are the buns and abs. For so many of us, these are the areas that are the hardest to tone and keep lean. Luckily, this core bootcamp workout is specifically designed to work your butt and your gut in a heart-pumping, powerful workout that will help you start seeing results and making real changes in your body.

    This core bootcamp routine is a circuit-style workout. Circuits string exercises together with little to no rest in between. You’ll perform two exercises for the buns; then two for the abs—and then you’ll repeat each circuit. You’ll need two sets of weights for this workout if you plan on adding extra resistance—one a little heavier and one a little lighter.

    First, Chris will guide you through a quick warm up to wake up your whole body. Next, it’s on to your first circuit in this buns and core bootcamp workout. We’ll begin with reverse lunges using weights, if you desire and standing side crunches. You’ll start feeling it in your glutes and abs with these powerhouse moves! Each move will be performed for 30 seconds, helping you hammer out an intense workout in record time by targeting specific muscle groups.

    Your next circuit will include squat thrusters, engaging your glutes; and spiderman abs, which will give you an amazing ab workout by engaging both the transverse abdominus and the oblique muscles. Chris will provide plenty of encouragement and modification throughout the duration, performing this entire core bootcamp workout alongside you. If you want to change your butt and gut, this is the routine for you!
