We will hit every muscle group in the upper body using dumbbells and bodyweight. We will go heavy, slow, and controlled to break down the muscle fibers and sculpt your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, and back. Chris will also thread in a little core work throughout the workout. Grab a few sets of dumbbells (suggesting 8–20 lbs) and get ready to sweat and sculpt. Both floor work and standing work but no jumping—it’s all low impact, but not low intensity!
