By the time you are done with this hiit workout you’ll be motivated and maxed out completely! During this workout trainer Chris Freytag will lead and inspire you while taking you through the powerful kickboxing moves as amazing hiit exercises. You learn true strength and power during this workout as the kickboxing moves take you there. In a kickboxing format all of the moves are full body work! They stem from the bottom up so that when you punch your legs, glutes and core all work before your arm even gets a chance to do its thing! On top of that, some fast, energetic beats will keep you honest and make sure you don’t drag your feet!
Never done kickboxing before? No worries! Similar to our 20-Minute Cardio Kickbox video, the moves are short, simple and repetitive so after one or two times you’ll be on your way to success. The first series gives you 45 second intervals with 15 seconds of rest in between. After several rounds of this you’ll move to some powerful 20 second high intensity intervals with 10 seconds of rest in between.
