This 2 mile walk is a fun, motivational workout that uses simple walking steps and movements to increase your physical endurance and improve your heart health. If you’ve accomplished the 1 Mile Power Walk, it’s time to try out this two 2 mile endurance walk!
Chris will walk along with you and keep you motivated during the entire 2 mile walk, encouraging you throughout and providing a variety of simple, easy to follow moves to make the time fly. The basic, low-impact walking step provides a solid home base that you can always return to as needed. In this 2 mile walk, expect to burn plenty of calories and fat as well as building strong, firm legs and buns. Best of all, you can do the entire thing in the comfort of your own home–any time, any season!
This 30 minute, 4 mph brisk-paced 2 mile walk is easy to follow for anyone but definitely not boring. With fun additional moves like box steps, v-steps or knee lifts, everything is low impact and gentle on your joints. But don’t be fooled, with thirty solid minutes of movement you will get a great workout and feel exhilarated! You’ll get your arms over your head for an extra calorie burning boost and Chris will coach you on pulling in your abs for good posture and better form throughout the 2 mile walk.
