WHAT IT IS

THE YOGA POSES
This Yoga Stretch begins with seated deep breathing, moving into beginner stretches to warm up your body. Experience poses such as down dog, warrior, chair, and several others. Yoga Stretch 2 brings balance poses such as tree into your practice. It also introduces several other new poses such as camel pose, triangle pose, and bridge. Chris will lead you through each pose, reminding you to breathe deeply in order to reduce stress and bring oxygen to your muscles. This yoga stretch can be used as an addition to any of your existing workouts or as a way to begin or end your day in a more mindful way.
